What We’re Looking For:

• A senior estates or FM professional with experience in multi-site operations, ideally within care, healthcare, retail, or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of compliance, H&S regulations, and building standards
• Proven experience in leading teams and scaling estates functions during periods of growth or transformation
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• A hands-on leader with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
