Conveyancer – Warwickshire- Hybrid Working

We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in Warwickshire, renowned for its strong local and national reputation. The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (1–6 PQE) into its Residential Property team.

You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from instruction through to completion, with support from experienced paralegals and a friendly, collaborative wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Work closely with paralegals and assistants to ensure smooth transactions
• Advise clients on freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and third parties
• Contribute to team billing targets and wider team success
