Our client, a leading law firm with a strong reputation in the finance and energy sectors, is looking to hire a Mid-Level Associate to join their Finance & Financial Regulation team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy financing. The successful candidate will join a small, high-performing team, offering early responsibility, close client contact, and the chance to play a key role in high-profile, cutting-edge deals.

Key requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–5 years’ PQE.
• Strong experience in general finance work; exposure to project finance or renewable energy transactions is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness, strong technical skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
