Supervisor in Bracknell

Job description

Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking a Supervisor to join out Bracknell team and oversee highway maintenance activities as part of our Highways Term Maintenance Contract.

This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, supporting our local authority clients, and maintaining over 50,000 km of the UK’s highways network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operatives performing routine highway maintenance works.
• Manage the Winter Gritting Service.
• Order materials and plant for scheduled works.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to deliver a range of highway services.
• Undertake both day and night work as required to meet operational needs.

About You:

We’re looking for a motivated individual with:

• A valid driving license (essential).
• Experience working on local authority highway contracts (preferred but not essential).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality services.
