Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven leader to take on the role of Head of Clinical Operations. In this pivotal position, you will shape and execute our clinical strategy, driving innovative programs forward and ensuring the successful delivery of our clinical trials. You will bring demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering complex, multinational Phase 2 clinical trials across the US and EU and play a key role in advancing our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical operations strategy, processes, and systems to ensure high-quality, efficient trial execution.
  • Lead and mentor a small clinical operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee planning, initiation, execution, and close-out of multinational Phase 2 clinical trials, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage CROs and vendors to deliver high-quality results within budget and timelines.
  • Monitor and control trial budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource use.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; proactively resolve site-level issues.
  • Support patient recruitment and retention strategies across trial sites.
  • Review and contribute to clinical and regulatory documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investigators and stakeholders through effective communication and occasional site visits.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative approaches.


Must haves

  • Experience advancing small molecules into late-phase clinical trials.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver trials through outsourced partners.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing clinical operations strategies, processes, and systems to ensure high-quality and efficient trial execution.
  • Experienced working effectively within lean teams.
