HR Business Partner
- Annual Salary: £50,000
- Location: Based on site at Welham Green with weekly travel to Norwich & Ipswich

My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance performance and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping organisational culture, supporting talent strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support organisational success.
- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team. Oversee recruitment decisions to ensure alignment with the company’s values and strategy.
- Employee Relations: Offer guidance on employee issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Change Management: Work with leaders to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement during transformation initiatives.
- Performance Management: Facilitate the performance review and feedback process, aiding managers in setting goals, providing coaching, and developing team capabilities.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations, and reflect the company’s values.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion an inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that support diversity and employee engagement.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyse HR data and trends to inform business decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of all HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of acting as a coach for senior personnel and partners in the company.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
