Head of Residential Conveyancing

Location: Windsor

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced conveyancer ready to step into a strategic leadership role? This forward-thinking law firm is looking for a dynamic Head of Conveyancing to lead, develop and grow their office in Windsor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice
• Manage and oversee a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Take a central role in strategic planning and business development
• Support and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancers
• Champion the integration of new technology and modern systems
• Help to build the firm’s presence and reputation in the local market

About You

• 5+ years’ PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Proven experience managing or supervising a team
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence to contribute to strategic decisions
• Ambitious, business-focused and keen to bring new ideas to the table
