Document Controller

£40,000 - £50,000

TRIA is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Document Controller with a background in the construction industry to join one of our leading clients on a 12 month FTC. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about accuracy and administration, and understand the unique demands of construction project documentation, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the document control system in line with project and company requirements
  • Ensure proper organization, classification, and archiving of construction drawings, RFIs, specifications, and reports
  • Distribute and retrieve controlled documents, ensuring traceability and compliance
  • Work closely with engineers, site managers, and project stakeholders to ensure document accuracy
  • Monitor document workflows and manage approvals and revisions


We are looking for:

  • Very strong background as a document controller in the construction industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint 2019 and onwards
  • Experience using ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Effectieve communication around all areas of the business
