Legal Counsel NQ+ (salary to £70k dependant on experience)

In-House Role in Tech 2 days in the office - Solihull Town Centre - uncapped annual leave!

We're working with a growing private equity-backed technology business that's looking for a Legal Counsel to join its lean and collaborative legal team. The company is active in the energy and infrastructure space, offering data-led solutions and SaaS platforms to help modernise and simplify a complex sector.

This is a genuinely broad and engaging in-house role that would suit a commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to work closely with the business.

Location: Hybrid, Solihull

What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial and tech contracts, including SaaS
• Advising on data protection, regulatory compliance and IP rights
• Supporting the business on risk, disputes and general legal queries
• Working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
• Contributing to internal policy and governance

What we’re looking for:

• UK-qualified solicitor NQ+
• Background in commercial contracts, ideally with exposure to SaaS or technology deals
• Comfortable advising on data privacy (UK GDPR) and intellectual property
• A proactive, clear communicator with a pragmatic approach
