Product Owner – CRM (Dynamics)

London or Bristol | Hybrid (2–3 days a week on-site)

6–12 month contract | £500/day

Project via consultancy | End client: Banking sector

I'm working with a consultancy that’s delivering a CRM transformation project for a major bank. They’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the day-to-day delivery of a new Microsoft Dynamics platform.

This role is all about execution. You’ll be translating the broader product vision into clear, actionable tasks for the development team, keeping everything aligned with business objectives and ensuring the platform genuinely improves client experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with the development team to translate the product vision into practical deliverables
• Owning and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring every item supports the overall direction
• Leading sprint planning, managing daily priorities, and supporting decision-making throughout delivery
• Taking responsibility for shaping and owning the CRM roadmap
• Using customer insights, market trends, and performance data to guide improvements
• Working with Finance to track budgets and ensure alignment with delivery outcomes
• Acting as the go-to for day-to-day delivery across business and tech

What they’re looking for:

• A proven track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions ideally within banking or financial services
• Solid experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Someone who can confidently take ownership of backlog management and delivery cycles
• Strong communicator who works well across cross-functional teams
• A clear focus on outcomes, customer value, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable driving change and bringing clarity and direction to delivery teams
