The Role
To bring our clients cases to a successful resolution. Represent our clients professionally, achieving the desired outcome, which is to recover monies owed to our clients timely and accurately.
This role sits within a wider Collections department that manages the recovery of funds owed under contract, specifically within property leasehold.
The role will involve communicating with debtors over the phone and in writing. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Resilience, patience, empathy, and a calm and professional manner
- Experience in navigating challenging conversations would be helpful
- You’ll need experience in writing professional emails, letters and managing calls
- If you’ve worked with a case management system previously that would be preferred but proficiency in using Microsoft applications is all you would need
- An understanding of lease agreements is advantageous
- We are a law firm, so accuracy and professionalism are required
Core hours are between 08:00am and 6:00pm with phonelines operating between 09:00am and 5:00pm.
Full time 37 hours per week and part time options available
