YOU Recruitment are hiring a Creative Producer on behalf of a global entertainment group. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and deliver world-class experiences seen by millions.


In this role, you’ll support the full project lifecycle, from creative concept to on-site delivery. Acting as the vital link between vision and execution, you’ll work with creative teams, project leads, IP partners and suppliers to turn bold ideas into guest centric, buildable experiences that land on-brand and on-budget.


This is an initial 18 month contract.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage creative projects end-to-end across multiple locations and formats
  • Build time-lines and budgets in partnership with Project Management
  • Translate creative direction into physical experiences – guiding art direction, theming, and production
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders including creative leads, brand, ops, marketing, and IP/licensing
  • Develop creative detail packs (elevations, finishes, AV/lighting elements, architectural refinements)
  • Define Bills of Quantities and lead supplier cost reviews
  • Lead and attend site visits – ensuring feasibility and consistency across locations
  • Oversee external vendors: AV, scenic, fabrication, and performers
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand, safety, and operational standards
  • Collaborate with architects, show directors, content teams, AV/lighting specialists and more
  • Lead meetings, manage approvals, and track action points
  • Build strong relationships with IP partners to protect brand alignment
  • Contribute to creative planning and capture lessons learned for future delivery



Experience & Qualifications


  • Proven success delivering immersive experiences or large-scale live events
  • Background in agency and/or in-house creative delivery
  • Solid understanding of AV, scenic build, and visitor attraction operations
  • Ability to turn creative concepts into clear design deliverables
  • Experience working with licensed IP and navigating brand approvals
  • Familiarity with delivering creative across visitor attractions or branded spaces
  • Experience working within the gaming industry or with gaming brands is beneficial

  • Confident managing timelines, suppliers, and creative quality
  • Highly organised with strong documentation and workflow habits
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; able to read technical drawings
  • Commercially astute – confident with budgets and supplier contracts
  • Big-picture thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Collaborative and capable of inspiring multi-disciplinary teams
  • Resilient, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Experience or exposure of working on a gaming project would be adventagous.
  • A natural relationship builder – especially with internal teams, vendors, and IP licensors
