• Design and deliver intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for our Agentic GTM Workspace, from concept to final UI.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to transform complex workflows into seamless, customer-centric designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that help users unlock the power of AI-powered digital colleagues.
• Own and evolve our design system and brand, ensuring consistency across web, platform, and marketing touchpoints.
• Incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to iterate quickly and push for best-in-class usability.
• Help us communicate a new, agentic approach - educating users who have never worked with digital colleagues before.
• Contribute to Evergrowth’s thought leadership and content marketing with visually impactful assets.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX and UI design in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or complex product environments.
• Experience designing for new categories, disruptive technologies, or AI/automation platforms is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical and novel concepts into clear, usable, and beautiful interfaces.
• Proficient with Figma (or similar), prototyping, and design systems.
• Customer-centric: Obsessed with user feedback, able to balance innovation with practicality.
• Cross-functional collaborator: Comfortable working alongside product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• (Bonus): Motion design, branding, or front-end development experience.
