Surveyor in Northern Ireland
ScaleX™ Talent Solutions is looking for an Surveyor in Northern Ireland
Job description
Are you an experienced Surveyor who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-moving environment? Do you enjoy variety in your day, autonomy in your role, and the chance to be part of a growing, values-driven business? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the home improvement sector, known for their five-star customer service, and we’re looking for someone to join their team as a Surveyor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your week, meet clients on-site, and play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and delivered accurately – first time, every time.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning and managing your own calendar of property surveys, spread across five working days.
- Conducting detailed site visits, capturing all relevant data, photos and video to support successful installation.
- Ensuring surveys meet client expectations, profitability guidelines, health & safety standards, and installation feasibility.
- Uploading data and reports using the company CRM and communicating with the wider sales and operations teams.
- Identifying potential upsell opportunities and client-specific considerations that improve service delivery.
- Supporting business development efforts through trade shows, virtual surveys, and collaborative team support.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Surveyor or related technical field-based role.
- Strong planning and time management skills - someone who can work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using digital tools like CRM systems, video uploads, and mobile technology.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and select ROI areas.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend work.
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive base salary of £38,000 plus performance-based bonus.
- Fully expensed company vehicle, uniform, laptop, and phone.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Flexible hours and a relaxed working culture that values outcomes, not clock-watching.
- Full training and ongoing support to help you thrive in the role.
- A chance to make a real difference in the customer journey, backed by a company with a glowing reputation.
Ready to Take the Next Step? If you're a proactive, personable and detail-driven professional who wants to join a values-led team and take pride in getting the job done right the first time - apply today!
