Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy, who are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,000 to £40,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Completing inspections and condition surveys
- Delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail
- Writing articulate reports that communicate findings effectively
- Demonstrating finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective liaison
Experience required:
- Working on residential buildings
- A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence
- Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency
- A full UK driving license and have access to your vehicle
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with our corporate ethos
- Top-notch organisational skills and punctuality
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Working hours:
