Job description
We are thrilled to partner with a prestigious Scottish law firm to recruit a Property Administrator for their Edinburgh based Residential Property team.
The role requires a self-driven, proactive, and confident team player who can efficiently manage a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional standards.
What you'll do
- Draft letters and legal documents for the team
- Conduct searches with Local Authority and Land Register of Scotland
- Prepare Land Registration and LBTT forms
- Liaise directly with clients and other parties
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures during client onboarding
What you’ll need
- Administrative experience within the legal property sector
- Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
