Managing Associate - Pensions in London Area

Job description

We are working with a leading international law firm based in London for a Managing Associate to join their Pensions team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an international Pensions team, working for a variety of clients including trustees and sponsors on a variety of matters including the acquisition and disposal of companies, de-risking, and investment management agreements.

The managing associate will also cover contentious pensions matters including overpayments, rectification claims and more. A willingness to contribute to business development is also greatly desired.

Essential Criteria:

• 6+ years’ PQE;
• Strong pensions law experience;
• Excellent academics;
• Client-oriented;
• Willingness to contribute to business development;
• Strong communication skills;
• Flexible team player;
• Technically excellent.
