We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic team of financial planners, administrators, and technical specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive, people-first firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting high-quality, clear, and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, IHT, cashflow modelling, and alternative investments including VCTs and EISs.
  • Collaborating closely with advisers to assess client needs and develop well-researched, tailored financial planning recommendations.
  • Researching financial products and solutions aligned with client objectives, including investment replacements and retirement income strategies.
  • Working with the admin team to ensure advice is implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Attending occasional client meetings, supporting advisers with cashflow presentations and technical input.
  • Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring that all research, reports, and analysis are fully documented.
  • Contributing to the development of our planning proposition, systems, and best practice processes.
  • Sharing knowledge within the team and acting as a go-to contact for technical queries.
  • Keeping up to date with industry changes, attending technical seminars, and sharing insights with colleagues.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally Diploma qualified (DipPFS) or working towards completion (e.g. 3+ RO exams).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • A clear understanding of FCA rules and the importance of compliant advice.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to write advice clearly and concisely for clients.
  • Proficient in systems such as Voyant, FE Analytics, Intelligent Office, and MS Office.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • A proactive mindset, committed to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
