VP of Growth and Revenue in Greater London

Agora Talent is looking for an VP of Growth and Revenue in Greater London

Job description

Role Overview: VP of Revenue and Growth

Agora Talent is partnering with a high-growth, digital-first consumer brand that's redefining health and wellbeing. With a focus on quality, innovation, and community, they’ve built a loyal following and standout product range.

Backed by top-tier investors, this is a fast-paced, high-impact environment with big brand ambitions. They're building a sharp, commercially-minded team driven by creativity, ownership, and growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, strategy, and commercial optimisation. The position is split across two core pillars that work hand in hand to drive growth. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience working in a top-tier strategy consultancy and loves to drive growth through marketing.

1. Performance Marketing Leadership

You’ll be responsible for scaling and optimising customer acquisition across all paid channels:

  • Lead an in-house team across paid social and manage an external agency for paid search
  • Own strategy and performance across all acquisition channels including affiliates, influencers, and emerging channels
  • Drive CAC efficiency and scalable POAS across platforms
  • Design and implement creative testing, spend allocation, and attribution frameworks to maximise ROI

2. Trading & Commercial Growth Ownership

Own the strategic layer that connects growth activities directly to commercial performance:

  • Build a deep understanding of revenue and profit drivers — by channel, brand, SKU, or campaign
  • Define pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies aligned with gross margin targets
  • Make data-informed decisions on where to prioritise between AOV, CVR, and LTV
  • Influence product, marketing, and ops decisions by clearly linking actions to P&L outcomes

What Success Looks Like

  • Revenue, gross margin, and LTV consistently hit or exceeded
  • Paid media scales efficiently with stable or improving POAS
  • Pricing and discounting are used strategically, not reactively
  • Subscription and CRM activity improve retention and repeat rate
  • Deep visibility into which channels, SKUs, and brands deliver commercial impact

Ideal Background

  • 6–10 years of experience in high-performance eCommerce or DTC environments
  • Experience working at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Proven track record managing 7-figure performance budgets across Meta/Google
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset — ideally with experience in pricing, margin management, or trading
  • Hands-on ownership of performance and pricing strategy
  • Deep focus on revenue efficiency, customer value, and profit optimisation
