Real Estate Associate in Belfast

Job description

We are working with a leading national law firm based in Belfast, who are seeking an Associate to join their growing Commercial Real Estate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Real Estate team, advising on a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord and tenant matters.

The Associate will play a key role in representing a diverse portfolio of clients on a range of real estate matters. The candidate will also show a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Strong background in commercial real estate. Background in residential development and commercial leasing highly desirable;
• Strong academics;
• Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
• Technically excellent;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Experience mentoring more junior members of staff ;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to manage a busy caseload of work.
