MRI System Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (6-month contract, day rate)

Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6-month contract with extension potential

About the opportunity

A leading property management company requires an MRI SLM System Specialist to enhance their front-end operations. This role centres on optimising listings, onboarding processes, and customer referencing systems within the SLM environment.

What makes the role exceptional

You'll work with sophisticated MRI systems, focusing specifically on SLM workflows whilst understanding the broader ecosystem including Qube and Engage integrations. The position offers the chance to push systems beyond conventional boundaries, requiring both technical expertise and creative problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise SLM front-end systems including listings and onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain customer referencing workflows within SLM
  • Analyse system dependencies between SLM, Qube, and Engage platforms
  • Code solutions to enhance system functionality and performance
  • Configure systems with innovative approaches to maximise efficiency
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into system configurations

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with MRI SLM systems and workflows
  • Strong understanding of front-end property management systems
  • Proven coding abilities with relevant programming languages
  • Experience in property management sector operations
  • Knowledge of system dependencies and integration challenges
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to push systems within their boundaries
