London | 3 days in-office | £160,000 basic + bonus + benefits

Are you a commercially driven product leader looking to shape the strategy of a respected private bank?

A highly regarded, well-established private bank is seeking a Proposition Lead to take ownership of its deposit and lending proposition. This is a high-profile role, offering the chance to work closely with the Chief Product Officer and drive meaningful impact across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering compelling products that meet client needs, align with regulatory expectations, and support the bank’s growth ambitions. Your influence will span from pricing and performance to customer experience and operational delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development and execution of the bank’s deposit and lending proposition
• Shape product design, pricing strategy, and end-to-end process improvement
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Technology, and client-facing teams
• Monitor and improve product performance using internal and external data
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers
• Represent the bank at industry forums and contribute to thought leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Strong track record in deposit/lending propositions or wider balance sheet product leadership
• Commercially sharp, with the ability to challenge thinking and spot market opportunities
• Experience influencing and partnering at senior or C-suite level
• Broad product understanding, with a strategic mindset
• Natural leadership presence, with the ability to build trust and drive change
• Comfortable managing teams and shaping product strategy at pace
