Job description

Sprung Studios is looking for an experienced Producer to join our team, working on AAA games for console and mobile. We're interested in hearing from a skilled individual who enjoys a dynamic and varied workload, thrives on autonomy and values the opportunity to make a significant impact in our Brighton (UK) studio.


Utilising strong project management skills, you will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing the project lifecycle, developing plans, mitigating risks, facilitating team coordination, conducting status meetings, and building client relationships. Proven experience along with excellent project management abilities, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with PM tools are required.

We have worked on some of the world's biggest games for clients such as EA, Microsoft, Bethesda, SEGA, and many more. We are a growing company of 80+ people across Brighton (UK) and Vancouver (Canada).

You will have responsibility for:

  • Leading and managing projects from start to finish
  • Monitoring team progress and maintaining the project schedule
  • Planning of realistic project scope
  • Ensure that all projects finish on-time, adhere to the budget and meet the high-quality standards required
  • Using good project management techniques to ensure the above
  • Participating in and facilitating meetings with our development partners
  • Working closely with team members to fulfil the needs of the project


Key Skills and Experience:

  • A calm and logical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in working with teams across time-zones
  • Experience of working in an agile-inspired environment
  • Competence in relevant technology and software
  • At least three year’s experience in a Games Industry leadership-style role with at least one released commercial project on Console, PC or mobile.
  • Up-to-date with the current project management processes and tools


Position: Full-Time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are working with a hybrid model. Mondays and Fridays are an option to work from home, with everyone in the Studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
