Funds or Corporate Lawyer – Cayman Islands | 3–6 PQ

An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading Investment Funds team in the Cayman Islands.

We are seeking an experienced funds or corporate lawyer with strong international deal experience. You'll advise leading sponsors on fund formation, governance vehicles, compliance, restructurings, and liquidity solutions. The role offers collaboration across global offices, high-quality transactions, and a supportive team environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years’ PQE in funds and/or corporate law at a top-tier firm
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Commercially minded, team-oriented, and client-focused
• Practice management or business development experience is a plus
