Title: Talent Attraction Administrator – 6 Months Contract

Location: Leeds - Hybrid


The Position

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and candidate-centric Talent Attraction Administrator to join our in-house Talent Attraction team. This role is crucial in recruiting and building a strong pipeline of top talent across our business. Key responsibilities include:


  • Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Advertising roles effectively to maximise reach and attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Screening candidates via phone, Teams, and in-person, and providing feedback.
  • Supporting hiring managers and the Talent Attraction Manager with candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
  • Assisting with the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

About You

The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment administration or resourcing, with demonstrable skills in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Familiarity with managing or supporting recruitment processes within an in-house or RPO setting is preferable. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies or tasks simultaneously.


Comfort with using HR/recruitment software, such as Networx or Cascade, is a bonus. Additionally, a background in a legal or professional services environment, experience with graduate or STEM recruitment, and proficiency in French, German, or Dutch would be beneficial but by no means essential.
