Planning & Stock Coordinator | Fresh Produce | Kent

Looking for your next step in planning within a fast-paced food production environment?

We're working with a well-established, high-volume fresh produce business supplying top-tier UK retailers. They're looking for a confident, proactive and organised individual to take ownership of planning and stock coordination across their 7-day site operation in Kent.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing daily production plans aligned with customer orders and factory capacity
• Supporting medium and long-term planning strategies
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Driving stock accuracy through ERP systems
• Collaborating with Packhouse, Warehouse, Commercial, and Technical teams
• Using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency
• Providing 1-in-3 weekend cover (with time off in lieu)

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a Fresh Produce, FMCG or Chilled Food Manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time-sensitive demands
• Comfortable with ERP systems and confident making data-led decisions
• Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to work cross-functionally in a busy environment

What's on Offer:

• £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
• 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (flexible)
