Job description

A Prestigious, High-end Interior Architecture Studio is seeking a Midweight Interior Designer with a proven track record in High-end Residential and/or Luxury Hospitality Interiors. With a reputation for delivering meticulously detailed, ultra-prime projects, they are now expanding due to a number of new projects launching.


This full-time studio-based role offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative team. You’ll have the chance to take a hands-on role across all project stages, with direct exposure to beautifully crafted interiors on both local and international projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver design concepts across multiple High-end residential or Hospitality projects.
  • Create compelling design presentations, schedules, and drawing packs.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD including GA plans, elevations, and joinery details.
  • Collaborate with FF&E and procurement teams to source, specify, and manage supplier coordination.
  • Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth site execution.
  • Attend site meetings and installations as required.
  • Balance creative vision with technical execution across multiple live projects.


Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in High-end Residential or Hospitality Interiors.
  • Experience with ultra-prime projects and a solid portfolio showing full lifecycle design.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English


Software

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong Technical drawing and visual presentation abilities essential.


Compensation & Details

  • £32,000 – £42,000 (DOE)
  • Full-time, Permanent role.
  • Hybrid working offered after probation.
  • 23 days holiday + Christmas shutdown.
  • ‘Take 2’ policy: Flexible 2-hour weekly window for personal errands or travel.
  • Ideal start: End of September 2025.
