We are looking for a Copy and Content Lead to lead our client's content strategy and elevate their brand voice across all touchpoints.


Our client specialises in luxury retail, working with high end fashion and beauty brands.


The right candidates is someone with a strong publishing background, highly conceptual, that wants to make an impact on one of the most respected British retail brands!


This is a senior-level role that blends creative leadership with strategic execution.


You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the content strategy, leading a team of content creators responsible for all long and short term copy delivering an exciting dynamic fashion and beauty narrative across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overarching content strategy across multiple channels and categories that aligns with brand values and positioning
  • Work with the Creative Director on the brand voice, tone, and messaging architecture
  • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and content strategists
  • Partner with Press & Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, CRM, Commercial Teams to align content with business goals and deliver cohesive storytelling
  • Curate and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery
  • Drive innovation in content formats, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement
  • Analyse performance metrics to inform strategy and optimise content effectiveness
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and brand standards
  • Act as a thought leader and internal advocate for content excellence


Qualifications

  • Significant experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial leadership
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-impact content initiatives
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and conceptual skills across a range of formats
  • Strong understanding of brand development, audience, and digital channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform creative decisions
  • Expertise in content management systems and performance analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Background in journalism, creative direction, or brand strategy
  • Industry experience in Media or Fashion /Luxury Brands
