Interim Regulatory & Commercial Lawyer in London Area

Job description

Immediate opportunity for a mid-senior level lawyer with Commercial and Regulatory experience for a well-known investment manager on an initial 3 month contract. September start, hybrid working. Potential to extend/go perm.

Supporting the General Counsel you will be responsible for:

• drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, terms of business, client agreements, IT contracts etc
• advising on regulatory matters, MIFID II and related projects
• general legal advice to the business
• instructing external counsel when required

You will be 5+ years PQE, gained at a highly regarded firm ideally coupled with in-house experience in a similar role advising on both FS regulatory and commercial matters.
