In-House Counsel (Derivatives, Bonds, Treasury) in City of London

Job description

Briefed Recruitment are working with a global bank seeking an experienced Treasury Transactions Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent.

You’ll be advising on a broad range of matters, including interest rate swaps, FX swaps, GMRAs, and bond prospectuses. This is a great opportunity for a senior lawyer with deep treasury experience to make an immediate impact, supporting key transactions while mentoring and upskilling others in the team.

The team operates a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the Central London office, and they’re ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ PQE
• Strong and broad experience of treasury products
• Available to start immediately
