Funds Lawyer - London or New York in City of London

Job description

One Ten Associates are partnering with a global hedge fund that is looking to hire an experienced Funds Lawyer to join their wider legal team. The position can be based in London or New York.

Joining the wider legal team, you'll be expected to lead on a large majority of funds legal work, whilst supporting the wider legal team on commercial and corporate matters.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-7 year PQE, having worked within a hedge fund (or a secondment within a hedge fund during private practice tenure). Offshore funds experience is ideal (Cayman Islands).

This position can be based in either London or New York. You must currently be based in either location, rather than looking to relocate.
