We are working with a leading international law firm in Belfast who wish to recruit a Non-Contentious Construction Associate Solicitor to join their highly regarded Construction & Procurement team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing construction team who act on behalf of leading developers, construction companies in Northern Ireland, Ireland and GB. It offers the opportunity to develop and hone your skills within construction law whilst being trained and guided by a supportive and collaborative team. The role will involve advising on all aspects of non-contentious construction law including drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts.

Essential Criteria:

• NQ- 2 PQE (Experience in construction law is desirable);
• Excellent drafting skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Solutions- focused approach to work;
• Ability to manage a varied caseload;
• Interest in building client relationships and business development.
