Search Associate / Search Consultant (180 Delivery Role)

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days office)

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus

Sector: Executive Search – CFO & CEO Level

Join a respected executive search firm specialising in C-suite hires across private equity, listed, and founder-led businesses. This is a 180 delivery role focused solely on executing high-level retained mandates - no business development required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end retained searches at CFO/CEO level
• Conduct market mapping, candidate sourcing and engagement
• Manage interview processes, reporting and client updates
• Liaise with clients and internal partners throughout the search cycle

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 180 executive search role
• Strong research, communication, and candidate management skills
• Confidence working on senior-level assignments
• Highly organised, professional, and detail-focused
