Corporate Partner – North West

Location: South Manchester / Cheshire (Hybrid – flexible but office-based majority)

Salary: Competitive + Equity Track

A highly rated, Tier 1 law firm in the North West is looking to hire an experienced Corporate or Corporate/Commercial Partner to join their well-established and growing team outside of Manchester city centre.

This is a standout opportunity for someone who may be:

• Feeling stuck at Senior Associate or Legal Director level with no clear route to equity
• Looking to step away from the politics and bureaucracy of a bigger city firm
• Wanting a more flexible working environment while maintaining access to high-quality work

The Role

• Advising owner-managed businesses on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructurings, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance
• Strong pipeline of deal flow and established internal referral network
• Join a wider Corporate/Commercial team of 15 across multiple offices, with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• Quality work across sectors such as healthcare, tech, and renewables

The Ideal Candidate

• Corporate or Corporate/Commercial background (8+ PQE likely)
• Regional network/referral base – ideally with links to Accountants or OMB clients
• Commercially minded with appetite to grow and develop the practice
• Based within commutable distance of South Manchester/Cheshire
