Role & Responsibilities
- Support clients on planning matters, access, rights of way, and diversification
- Assist with estate and rural property management across a varied client base
- Conduct valuations and other professional rural consultancy work
- Contribute to strategic planning and provide tailored client advice
- Maintain accurate property records and support regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS qualified or working towards (APC support provided)
- Registered Valuer status is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a rural consultancy or estate management setting
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
