Location: Stansted/Cambridge (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £35k to £50k DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Excellent Benefits incl. Support with professional qualifications and membership

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner who thrives in a client-facing environment and is keen to progress into an adviser role in the future. This is a dedicated paraplanning position focussing on delivering high-quality technical support and working closely with Financial Advisers to help shape and deliver outstanding financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings, where required, with advisers to support the advice process and build rapport.
• Prepare detailed financial plans, cash flow models, and suitability reports.
• Conduct technical research and due diligence on financial products, platforms, and providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Support the implementation of financial recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to annual reviews and ongoing client servicing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) — essential.
• Experience in a paraplanning role within financial services or wealth management.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client interaction.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning tools.
