Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday | Office-Based

We’re working with a well-established international freight forwarder that’s looking to expand their operations team. This role will cover a range of transport modes, but with a strong focus on air import operations.

The Role:

• Handle air import shipments from start to finish – from pre-alert to POD
• Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Arrange customs clearances and complete relevant documentation (including CDS)
• Provide support on other modes of transport (sea, road, and cross-trade) as required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all procedures

The Candidate:

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (essential)
• Experience in air import freight forwarding is essential
• Multimodal background (sea/road) advantageous but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
