Job description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our operations team for 12 month FTC. This role combines customer service, incident logging, and administrative support to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, managers, and external partners
- Maintain accurate records in line with Data Protection requirements
- Log and report equipment breakdowns, incidents, and accidents promptly
- Meet tight deadlines while staying calm and focused
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail, even under pressure
- Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills
- Confident written and verbal communication with a diverse audience
- Ability to adapt quickly and work well as part of a team
