Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming reward strategies on a global scale? Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Reward to drive their Total Rewards Strategy, ensuring it aligns with their mission to become “The world’s best localised payments partner for global commerce.”


Position: Head of Reward

Location: Global, with headquarters in London

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £130,000 - £150,000


Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Design and implement a competitive global reward strategy that promotes a "Higher Reward for Higher Performance" philosophy.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee executive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business performance and pay equity across regions.
  • Benefits Development: Create globally consistent yet locally relevant benefits programmes that align with our values of fairness and inclusivity.
  • Performance Management: Establish a performance management system that connects individual and team achievements with company goals.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global labour laws and regulations, providing transparency in reward programmes.


What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership in a global reward function.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in managing compensation across diverse regions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field, with 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits.
