Job description

Responsibilities:

• -Responsible for our global recruitment for Business Development Affiliates in crypto industry;
• Ensure the talent database are well-maintained and up to date and the recruitment team can track all activities;
• Support the candidate selection process by arranging interviews and sending confirmations to applicants;
• Support the general office administration work in our London office;
• Manage travel arrangements and submit financial claims for managers;
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks when necessary;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of HRM or equivalent disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of global recruitment experience in fintech industry;
• Adapt to fast-paced working environments and work under pressure;
• Proved successful recruitment records;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Good knowledge of crypto industry activities and trends is preferred;
• Capable of speaking Mandarin is highly preferred.
