The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented, proactive, and analytical Merchandiser to join a fast-growing, design-led homeware brand with a global reach. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage critical paths, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet key deadlines. • Raise and oversee purchase and sales orders for both factories and customers. • Analyse customer sales data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. • Plan orders and containers to maximise shipping efficiency and maintain stock levels. • Manage UK stock via a third-party warehouse and coordinate with import partners for clearance. • Maintain accurate internal databases, including labelling and delivery requirements. • Create product line sheets to ensure compliance with customer specifications. • Negotiate dates, quantities, and pricing with factories and customers. • Support senior merchandising and account management teams with budget planning.

About You • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot trends. • Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, teams, and stakeholders. • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all merchandising processes. • Self-motivated with strong organisational and project management abilities. • Problem-solving mindset with a solutions-oriented approach. • Previous merchandiser experience is desirable.
