Stock Condition Surveyor – £40K–£45K + Mileage + £4.5K Car Allowance

Your Role

• Deliver residential stock condition surveys

• Record lifecycle data and identify defects

• Plan routes efficiently and manage your own diary

• Be the trusted face on-site for clients

What You’ll Need ✅

• 5+ years in residential surveys or construction-related qualification

• Strong building fabric knowledge

• Great communication and time management

• Driving licence + own vehicle
