Currently, we’re working alongside DWM, a trusted UK comparison platform, focusing on energy services — delivering tailored advice that helps households lower their bills. We believe in developing future leaders from within, and our Management Trainee Programme is designed to turn ambitious individuals into the managers of tomorrow.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning the foundations of our business — engaging with customers face-to-face in residential areas or approved venues/events to provide cost-saving solutions.

You’ll receive full training in sales, customer engagement, and leadership skills, with a structured progression route into team leadership and eventually branch management.

• Speak directly with members of the public to explain our services and savings opportunities
• Represent our partner platform professionally at residential locations or pre-approved venues/events
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve personal and team performance goals
• Learn sales strategies, people management, and business operations
• Support and mentor new team members as you progress
• Participate in regular management development sessions
• Build your own network within our growing national team

We welcome candidates with no experience or those from customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds.
