Renowned for delivering complex, high-value projects, they are now seeking a talented Design Coordinator to join their team in London, working on highly sensitive defence sector schemes alongside experienced Senior Design Managers.

The Role

As Design Coordinator, you will:

• Support the Senior Design Managers in delivering projects from early stages through to completion.
• Assist in coordinating design information between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Help manage design changes, approvals, and compliance with MOD protocols.
• Contribute to design reviews, buildability assessments, and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure design documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project requirements.

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-driven Design Coordinator with:

• Previous experience in a design management or coordination role within construction.
• Exposure to defence or secure projects is highly advantageous, though not essential.
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility for security clearance.
