Firm
A highly regarded Legal 500 Thames Valley law firm are seeking a bright, confident Solicitor/Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join it’s residential property team.
Role
You will work amongst specialist property lawyers advising on residential property law including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and equity transfers.
Work will be varied and interesting. Examples of recent work include:
- Acting for clients selling a large town house in central London for just under £10 million
- Acting for the receiver appointed by a mortgage lender to sell a portfolio of properties that had been repossessed
- Acting for banks offering secured lending to individuals and companies
- Acting for local and national development companies in relation to the sale of newly-built properties.
- Assisting investment purchasers with the acquisition of a number of properties bought “off plan”
Candidate
You must have residential property experience and will be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer ideally with 0-2 years experience.
You must have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish and a genuine passion for property law and client service.
