Head of Asset Management (Commercial Property)
Lincoln (hybrid working)
£125,000 pro rata

We’re working with a large, well-respected commercial property business with an outstanding culture and strong values, to recruit an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to lead their property asset management strategy.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee a significant investment property portfolio, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery to maximise performance, ensure compliance, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver efficiency savings and income generation opportunities.
- Drive value creation through effective asset management – lease renewals, rent reviews, and re-gears.
- Lead the strategic and operational oversight of the investment property portfolio.
- Oversee property management activities, ensuring compliance with Landlord & Tenant Law, Service Charge Code, and relevant regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to a property management team and external consultants.
- Develop and maintain asset management plans for all sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance) on lease advisory, reporting, and regulatory changes
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the portfolio.
- Manage and enhance property data systems, delivering accurate reporting to stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience setting, delivering, and monitoring long-term strategies for a high-value portfolio within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
- Expertise in Landlord & Tenant Law, Rating Law, and service charge administration.
- A solid understanding of health & safety compliance in property management.
- Extensive experience using property data and systems to identify opportunities.
- A full UK driving licence.
