Midweight Designer Hybrid – London £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

I'm working with one of the most exciting independent creative agencies in Europe and they’re looking for a brilliant Midweight Designer to join their London team.

Based in London and Amsterdam, this agency has been pushing boundaries for over 20 years, partnering with like-minded brands to drive positive change through creativity. Their work blends brand, culture, and purpose, delivering beautifully made ideas that make an impact and challenge the status quo.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a highly creative, collaborative team working across branding, campaigns, digital, film, social content and experiential projects.

As a Midweight Designer, you’ll:

• Concept and execute visually striking, strategically smart creative work
• Bring ideas to life across multiple formats: from brand worlds to full campaign rollouts
• Jump fluidly between big-picture thinking and pixel-perfect execution
• Work closely with a passionate team of creatives, strategists and producers
• Present your ideas clearly, confidently, and with energy

What They're Looking For

• 1-4 years of agency-side experience working across branding and campaign projects
• A portfolio full of concept-led, design work across digital and print (motion and illustration are a bonus!)
• Someone who can confidently contribute ideas and deliver beautiful, thoughtful design
• A naturally curious creative who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment
• A passion for design that makes a difference — creatively, culturally or socially
