Residential Conveyancer – Multiple Vacancies (Telford, Shrewsbury & Wolverhampton)

Locations: Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton

Hours: 35 per week

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years PQE or equivalent

A highly respected, forward-thinking law firm with offices across Shropshire and the West Midlands is seeking three experienced Conveyancing Lawyers to join its expanding Residential Property team.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Transfers of equity

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, agents, and other professionals, ensuring exceptional service at every stage. You’ll also be encouraged to get involved in business development and client relationship-building.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and written communication skills
• Confidence with IT systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong file management
• Understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations
• (Desirable) Experience in Landlord & Tenant matters and leasehold extension
