The Role

We are seeking a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the property team. This is an exciting opportunity to run your own caseload of basic conveyancing matters while being mentored and trained to handle more complex work.

You will manage a caseload (circa 50 files) of:

• Freehold Sales and Purchases
• Leasehold Sales and Purchases

With a structured training plan in place to gradually introduce you to:

• Shared Ownership Transactions
• New Build Developments
