Redstone Commodity Search are working with a metal producer looking to hire a Metals Sorter.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Conduct hands-on testing, segregation and sorting of incoming metal materials.
• Operate analytical equipment (e.g., handheld XRF analyser) to identify alloy compositions.
• Assist with metal processing tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and packing for sale.
• Role reports to Trading Manager

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience using handheld XRF metal analysers in a relevant environment.
• Strong familiarity with Nickel & Cobalt superalloy specifications, especially aerospace/IGT grades.
• Valid, clean UK driving license.
• Valid Forklift Truck license (counterbalance or similar).
• Role is to be located in Rotherham, UK
